What
is the Garner-Hayfield Education Foundation?
The
Garner-Hayfield Education Foundation was organized in 1997. Its’ purpose is to seek additional funds
for students and services in the Garner-Hayfield Community School District. Gifts given to the Foundation
are fully deductible and income generated by the foundation is not taxable.
The
goal of the Foundation is to provide financial support for innovative educational programs or creative projects that are not
ordinarily provided through the school district’s operating budget.
The
trustees of the foundation will generate support for activities that inspire teachers and students of the Garner-Hayfield
Community School District to:
·
Expand their educational horizons
·
Open new doors
·
Learn to dream
·
Surpass their expectations
·
Achieve excellence
How do we achieve these goals?
We’re
glad you asked! Like many foundations, we depend on individual’s donations and gifts.
Through this generosity, we hope to help fund learning programs, provide scholarships, and provide needed pieces of
equipment. We need to ensure that future Garner-Hayfield students have an outstanding experience so they
can reach higher and achieve more.
To achieve these dreams and
goals we need your help. We hope you will look back on the time you spent or your children spent at Garner-Hayfield
with appreciation and fondness. We hope those good memories and successes will encourage you to not just
maintain this level of excellence in our school, but to propel it for future generations. We ask you to
leave a legacy and make a lasting mark on Garner-Hayfield’s excellence with a donation to your foundation.
There
are many ways to give to the foundation and make your mark; cash, non-cash, matching, or planned. For more
